Upon pick up of puppy the buyer agrees to have puppy examined within 72 (Seventy Two) hours by a licensed Veterinarian. If puppy, in the opinion of the vet is suffering from any hereditary disease, (parasites are not included and are sometimes common and are easily treated.) the seller shall take possession of the puppy and replace it with another from same litter if pups are available or a future litter. 1. I, understand and agree to have my puppy seen by a licensed vet with in Seventy Two (72) Hours from the time I pick up my puppy. Or Return and surrender him/her to Wendi Shaw (Stargazer Labs) with AKC registration and all vaccination records She will than do with him/her what ever she deems necessary.
