Upon pick up of puppy the buyer agrees to have puppy examined within 72 (Seventy Two) hours by a licensed Veterinarian. If puppy, in the opinion of the vet is suffering from any hereditary disease, (parasites are not included or covered by seller. They are common and easily treated.) the seller shall take possession of the puppy and replace it with another from same litter or another litter of equal value if a puppy is not available in current litter. Guarantee If hips fail within first 12 months with a “severe” rating through OFA The puppy will be replaced during one of   Stargazers FUTURE litters. Or half of the purchase price may be returned. This decision will be made solely  by Wendi Shaw. Conditions of Guarantee In addition to conditions above & below. Bitch/Dog has not been bred, in whelp or whelped a litter. Does not have a Stud # through AC, has not been used as a stud or sired a litter. Puppy was not over fed or over exercised and has not been injured intentionally or accidentally. Puppy has been kept up to date on Vaccines and monthly Heartworm and Flea and tick preventives. Please keep copies of all receipts. If court action is required for any reason, all actions must be filed through Northern Carroll County District court. I, understand and agree to have my puppy seen by a licensed vet within Seventy Two (72) Hours from the time I pick up my puppy. I, understand and agree that the puppy will be microchipped and registered through the American Kennel Club by Stargazer Labradors I understand and agree The STARGAZER prefix must be used I, understand and agree to have my pet puppy spay or neutered by (18) eighteen months. I agree to send a copy of the spay/neuter to Wendi Shaw I, understand and agree that when I bring my puppy home, I should continue feeding him/her the highest quality food you can afford. I, agree to keep my puppy/dog healthy, with routine vet exams. Fed and watered. Parasite free, his bedding or kennel clean and sanitary. I, agree to allow Wendi Shaw dba Stargazer Labradors to use/share photos, notes, cards etc. on her Facebook pages and Website I, Understand and agree that in the unfortunate event that I am unable to keep my puppy/dog. I must Return and surrender him/her to Wendi Shaw (Stargazer Labradors) with AKC registration and all vaccination records. She will than do with him/her whatever she deems necessary. THE SELLER WENDI SHAW DBA STARGAZER LABRADORS MAKES NO OTHER GUARANTEES, VERBAL OR OTHERWISE. THE SELLER RELINQUISHES ALL RIGHTS AND ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PUPPY DESCRIBED ABOVE TO THE BUYER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON Guarantee is non transferable Your Puppy received his/her first vaccination. Your puppy will need more vaccinations Puppy will need 2nd set of vaccinations between 11 & 12 weeks and 3rd set of vaccines at or about 15 or 16 weeks of age. Please keep in mind your puppy may not have full immunity to Parvovirus or any other diseases/viruses until your puppy has had (3) sets of vaccines. Because of this we do not guarantee against any communicable diseases/viruses/parasites To help ensure your puppy stays safe. You should avoid all places with heavy animal traffic (ie; dog parks, pet stores etc.) until your puppy has had all of his/her vaccinations as recommended by your vet. Usually about 16 weeks The puppy you have purchased from Stargazer Labradors has been raised in our home with love, encouragement and lots of play. Your new puppy has been socialized with children, adults, dogs and all household sounds. Given positive training and a loving environment your puppy will grow to be a loyal, even tempered and trustworthy part of your family. With proper feeding (Highest quality food you can afford), care (yours and your vets) and exercise you should have a healthy pet for many years.
